      Pros

      It's a huge organisation with lots of departments, a well-organized system, you will learn a lot, your colleagues will be mostly very nice.

      Cons

      They will take all of your strength, very stressfull, axhausting, never satisfied with your work, even if it's really great.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
