Not super great - Operations Associate Zara Employee Review

The overall atmosphere of ZARA is very judgmental and cold. From coworkers, managers, and customers, it is unwelcoming. You only receive one hour of unpaid break which cannot be broken up into different segments. Managers would often scold workers for having their mobile device on them and then would proceed to scroll through social media afterwards.
