      it's easy, you need to know languages. you need to be easy going and have a minimum experience in saies

      Cons

      not too easy to get promoted. you can get a part time job as well which is better if this is just a temporary job for you

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
