Pros

Nice and friendly coworkers and managers Great clothing and many sales Easy to get hired even with no or little experience 1 hour break if you work more than 6 hours Decent hourly pay + group commission and if you have no children and/or school and/or a second job then this job would be suitable since they give you many hours and full shifts per week, which is pretty good money.

Cons

Large store, so work can be stressful at times Discount (15%) is a bit low Difficult to find a specific employee since store is so big Management can be disorganized with scheduling and constantly changes schedules every week or even several times a week, which can affect your plans greatly Very bad work/school/life balance if you're a full-time student. At least with my location, they prefer employees to work full shifts on their days with no school (12-9pm, 1-10pm, 2-10pm, etc) and work 4-5 shifts per week. I am a full-time student and I was unable to work 5 shifts a week because it would leave me NO time to finish my assignments, so I had to quit unfortunately.. So if you're a full-time student, it's best if you look for a place that allows you to work shorter shifts per day/fewer shifts per week.

Pros

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Cons

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
