You get a lot of paid time off, and you will definitely need to use all of it.
Cons
You are only as useful as you are productive. If you're not able to achieve superhuman results without the tools and man-power to do your job, you're not doing your job properly. Corporate does not care about the employees, and speaking out about any issues you are having will only get you punished instead of helped.
