      Pros

      There are no pros. You can get a much better, less stressful and tiring minimum wage job with better benefits elsewhere

      Cons

      Everything - management was trash, employees were toxic, the pay was minimum, no direct commissions, they don't even let you call in sick, and when you request a day off in advance, they barely ever give it to you

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
