      Pros

      Fun young and energetic co-workers. The store is really nice to work at. Have a great full suit to wear.

      Cons

      Awful management. Poor schedule, They have been giving me 5 to close shifts all week. Their part time means 20 hours. Management likes to make you stay until 10:30 on Saturday nights.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
