      - good retail pay for younger ages - easy to get job - overtime easily accessible

      Cons

      - social life or lack of becomes norn with anti-social hours - hours are long and unforgiving - workload is neglected and unappreciated - regionals and managers look down at lower level staff - high turnover of staff - high workload for retail, always have to be seen to be working... or else! - asking for time off very difficult

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
