Pros
Staff culture was very relaxed and was flexible about changing shifts if necessary. All staff are given a uniform which is very handy (particularly as the men's uniform was a suit!)
Cons
The wage was basic (but I suppose that is unsurprising). Some poor management at times but I expect this is something which would vary on a store by store basis and is almost inevitable in high-street retail.
