      Pros

      Really good pay with high increases if you are good, learning, amazing work environment, opportunities, heart of the fashion industry, big growth potential within the company. High level of responsability.

      Cons

      Never ending working hours, even when your job is done for the day and it´s after your check out time you´re expected to stay an hour to two hours over EVERY DAY with no extra pay. Leaving on time is not an option.,

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
