      Pros

      Nice clothes. Insurance policy package is very good. Good learning experience. Very organised about deliveries, human ressources, merchandisong, general maintenance.

      Cons

      Schedules!!! Management inflexible. Understaffed. High rotation - Unsatisfied and unhappy sales associates have a bad pay, work very hard and get rare feedback from management because of lack time to train them proprely. Long and stressful cash procedures both for clients and cashiers.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
