Pros

The pay is good for a retail job, they pay overtime. If you work nights and weekends you earn more. Every item goes through you, which is fun. Work with fashionable people Management is closely available Employee discount. However, you only get it if you've been working for more than 6 months. You get to keep your working clothes.

Cons

When you ask colleagues to help you, 50% of the time they don't (even if they contributed to the mess). The ones who help are always the same, the others do not care. I find that the biggest con is the fact that you receive your schedule weekly, which means that if you don't work saturday and work on sunday, only then you'll know what you're doing the next day and the rest of the week. So you have to plan your personal things in advance and then tell the manager that you can't work on a certain day or time. This for me is really bothersome. I prefer to have my schedule and then plan my personal life arround it. Sometimes the workload can be huge, and you're on your feet all day, running to fetch clothes. Super fast paced and stressful. Unrealistic expectations regarding workload and time to manage it all, because it was under staffed. There were always people missing work.
