      Pros

      You are supposed to be able to run the department like it is your own store. Possible to gain a lot of experiences in retail world.

      Cons

      If you are not telling everything happening to store to your regional corporate managers, even you are putting your coworkers under the bus, you won't have a good experiences as a manager in this company. You have to be really dedicated and flexible for their demands.

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
