      Upper management pays well. Internal promotions vs hiring outside of the company for the most part.

      Cons

      Corporate expectations are unrealistic and promote a negative work environment for all associates. Too much work for too little pay for anyone that's not in upper management.

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
