      Pros

      Friendly staff members,great team, fast paced, great place for retail experience, staff discount, opportunities for career advancement and decent pay.

      Cons

      Managers can be very unprofesional. Disorganized, long hours, no work life balance. Expect to sacrifice pre planned stuff just for work even if it concerns family dinners. Lots of work politics. Dont seem to care about employees well being.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
