Pros

Remote, gaming allowance and telco allowance. Mediocre insurance

Cons

Work-life balance: Know that this agency is owned by Tencent which adopts the culture of 996, supported by the fact the clients are Tencent and the agency is a form of contractual agreement, just note that games media is already no work-life balance, let alone the working hours straight from this scene. Team Dynamics: Being told that there is a team but the identification of power bucket is required here because sometimes the even though being a decision maker the final consideration can be done without any knowledge. Culture: Either the incumbent is being considered to blend in the crowd or be ostracized and be treated as an outsider. Also rejecting any unreasonable request can be done but the incumbent will be gaslighted to being the one at fault. Progression: This is entirely based on the number of clients the agency take up as well as the number of manpower as it affects the money flowing in. Do note that the title can increase but the monetary compensation could stay. If the team likes the incumbent then will they have the chance of gaining more opportunities. Communication: Project management tool would be Asana and then ClickUp. Slack for internal communication and Google Drive for documents. Chatting with client varies from using email and using WeCom. Take note the number of group chats when dealing with client can be as many as 15 groups with at least 40 over people and messages often get lost in the flood of texts.
