-Great Benefits -Corporate Transparency -Mostly Remote Work

-Mangement caves to all client requests/demands no matter how absurd. Expect to do work that has no point and will never get posted. -Micromanagement is next level, expect to track hours in 2-3 different apps. Managers will say that since working remote you can dictate your own working hours, but then still expect you to be around for all typical work hours, more often than not to join meetings last minute that you don't need to be in. -Career growth is mostly limited to social/community teams.
