Reviews went one way one year, and then differently the next. * If you have goals set in one review, make sure to figure out what your real goals are, because they'll be a step or two beyond what you actually set out. * No raises, though we did once receive a bonus, and that was good. But after several years with the company, never received even a cost of living raise. * If you're not in the office "in" crowd, you might end up with some troubles here. * They don't care about the quality of your work - just the quantity and that you do it ASAP. * This isn't a tech company. It's a games media company. Keep this in mind. * Certain jobs will have almost no work-life balance.
