There has been widespread concern amongst teams regarding an increase in return to office. For those of us hired during Covid when Yardi was fully remote, this is a concerning prospect. We are currently reporting to the office once a week, which is tolerable, but there have been loud whispers that Yardi is eager for more. In replies to other reviews here, Yardi will say the 1 day per week is a compassionate approach and allows for flexibility, and is less harsh than what other companies are doing. While this is true, I hope that is something they heavily weigh when considering future plans, as again, there seems to be many that believe an increase is around the corner (and an increase would contradict their responses).
An increase in RTO would impact so many employees in so many ways, it’s hard to grasp why they would consider such a thing in the first place, and it’s frustrating as employees that we are without a voice (do not say to speak with HR, they are here to support corporate and push your agenda, they do not offer solutions nor can they).
