Hispanics do not get promoted beyond a team leader. they promote new people, and any one else before a Hispanic. Looked in all the departments and it’s a trend. There isn’t one Hispanic Sr. Manager in the corporate office. Indian, white and African American are favored in the corporate departments, like payroll, legal compliance, facilities and HR. They only hire and promote their own family. I recommend that you try another company if your goal is to move up the corporate latter.
You will soon realize their culture is fake. If you meet your goals you will be rewarded with more work.
Hybrid schedule is joke.
Raises are mediocre at best.
