Pros
I have been working for Yardi Matrix for more than 1.5 years and my experience within the company was a great one. The leadership is always willing to help if you address your issues. Some of the teams have a large number of members so communication is necessary if you want to feel like you truly belong there. The people from the management appreciate sincerity and involvement. There are a lot of benefits offered, but the most important to me were the training courses, and the medical insurance, which was absolutely great. Once your performance starts growing, the opportunities don’t hesitate to come. You will get ‘bonus’ sessions on different tasks which sometimes can be really fun. Working within Yardi helped me to develop a lot of skills and a professional conduit.
Cons
The only thing that comes to my mind is that the horizontal growth within the company can be difficult because the team structure sometimes does not allow it, but there are indeed a lot of opportunities for the vertical growth.
