Employment at Y7 has a time stamp, because there is no room for growth in the company. Founders/corporate/management is toxic and unhealthy. They will speak down to you in front of clients, knock you down, and HR will turn a blind eye. The founders care about money and status over people, leaving employees feeling under valued.
