Pros

Great pay, interesting projects, and much of the staff is highly skilled. The company is mindful of providing good resources internally.

Cons

While some of the VP and above leadership is amazing, there is a large batch of bad apples that really taint the work environment with bullying, ego-driven choices, and steam rolling. Some of the teams suffer very low morale as a result of this poor leadership, which despite being addressed repeatedly with HR, remains in place. Before working here, really ask around about who you are working under to see if you can pick up on high stress/low morale environments. Siloed work with much overlap and inefficiencies. BIG layoffs every year in March and October. In corporate and in the field. The pay is good, but save a good chunk because you will likely be let go for cost cutting at some point.

Pros

Coworkers were amazing, we had a lot of fun and genuinely enjoyed talking with people. It was great to help visitors have an amazing vacation in a town I love.

Cons

Marketers from larger locations would come in to help "boost" our sign-ups by encouraging we lie directly to the owner/guest. Each had their own trick and "new thing" that wasn't really new, if not completely fake. My team valued honesty, and did not want to stoop below our morals. Also, once we were all meeting goals for owner/non-owner sign ups, they bumped up the percentages needed to stay employed. Which resulted in half the team getting fired, and the other half quit since it wasn't going to be the same.
