Pros

I’m working in Wrike for 2.5 years and can say that it’s the best company I’ve been so far. - Work-life balance is great. Managers respect your needs and prioritise your personal issues; - Corporate culture is truly comfortable and inspiring. There are were different situations, and I always received help from my colleagues - You may collaborate with literally everyone. Need help from VP? No problem. - You may start any initiative and you can DO any initiative, regardless your position

Cons

- The corporate structure may appear to be messy, especially if you worked for classic corporations before. You most probably won’t be able to find out who is responsible for doing your task. - Documentation is sparse - Some initiatives can be pushed very hard - There can be urgent requests from management, which you should prioritise above everything else. Everything inside your working hours though.

Pros

Supportive Management: Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth and success. Regular feedback and open communication foster a positive work environment. Collaborative Team: The team culture is highly collaborative, with colleagues who are both talented and willing to help. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Positive Workplace Culture: Wrike promotes a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Employee well-being and engagement are clearly prioritized. Industry-Leading Product: The product itself is robust, flexible, and consistently evolving to meet customer needs. It’s rewarding to represent a solution that delivers real value to clients.

Cons

Structured Oversight: At times, there is a high level of oversight and process adherence, which can limit autonomy in decision-making. While this ensures consistency, it may occasionally slow down innovation or responsiveness. Limited Training on Procurement Processes: There is a noticeable gap in training related to the procurement process, which can create challenges during customer renewals. Enhanced resources and clearer guidance in this area would help streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.

We’re very happy to hear your positive experience with supportive leadership, collaborative teams, our culture, and the product itself. We also appreciate your input on the level of oversight and the need for more training around procurement. We’re glad you’re here and contributing to our customer success organization. If you have further feedback, please feel free to contact your manager or HR. Thank you, Mackenzie, HRBP
