      - Wide variety of projects to work on with a lot of exposure to green energy along with traditional fossil fuel projects. - Management is considerate of your goals and tries to get you the opportunities you want

      - Poor pay well below industry standards - Was given limited technical work which made it difficult to progress as an engineer

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
