‘Basic life insurance coverage based on salary, will need to pay if want to have more. ’
good RRSP contribution and good life insurance and health plan
Terrible package for eye care. Insurance company hard to deal with for STD.
Registered Retirement Savings plan matching
Very good benefit package for the person and families
sick leave, dental insurance, parental leave, bereavement leave
No free stock options. Dental coverage is less as compared with other company.
We were given free transit passes if we wanted. Our benefits package included excellent dental, orthodontic, chiropractic, massage therapy, and many other services. But a colleague was denied coverage when he got an autoimmune disorder that made it impossible for him to work. This was due to poor communication between the program administrators and the doctors. Coverage was restored retroactively but the fight involved many people and took months. I think these problems were rare.
benefit package was not on market rate , below and you have to really work hard to get a peanut !
It has tie-up with almost all institutions and companies in Edmonton-gym facility, car gasoline discounts, Roger/Telus coverages, health insurance. Almost everything that one needs is there in the list
Extended health and dental coverage for the family. Long term and short term disability and basic life insurance coverage. Two weeks of sick leave days was a plus.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
