      Pros

      The people that work here really care about the work they do. They want to produce quality work. Lots of opportunity to move laterally. Lots of travel opportunities within the company if you want to move.

      Cons

      The benefits have been cut way back because the company is suffering quite a bit at the moment. Not a lot of opportunity to move up in this small office. They seems to take all their management from the project manager group.

      Pros

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
