      Pros

      Promotes good work life balance. The individuals work well as a team. Great travel opportunities, when there is the work.

      Cons

      Lack of direction, and an always done it like this attitude. A lot of the old guard need to be spoon fed and are not self starters. Creativity suffers.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
