Pros

Used to be able to do your job remotely, but they require hybrid work now, 3 days in the office, which sucks because the low pay (55k/yr) barely covers gas and parking.

Cons

They don't post this range online but it is the actual current range, as of February 22, 2026.

Pros

Super Chill work environment, great for someone in or right out of college. The harder you work the more money you make, Not necessary to work hard however.

Cons

If you run into a situation that needs to be escalated it can be hard to get management to help which can from time to time be stressful.

Pros

- Some nice team members

Cons

- In the time I was contracted 4 rounds of layoffs were done in key departments, HR being on of them. - Layoffs are done annually and intentionally at the end of the year. During the HOLIDAYS! - Inexperienced leadership, leadership is chosen based on popularity contests. The more inexperienced, the higher the chance of climbing up the ladder. Team members with vast more experience and seniority, passed on. - Phrases commonly used: “Stupid Idea” “Waste of Time” “Below my pay grade” “Above my pay grade” “Don’t speak to X” “Don’t do Y” (But Y is literally in your job description) - They hire contractors via third party to test out leadership. If leadership is not qualified, leader is placed on PIP and contractor terminated. - Everyone is afraid to speak, most speak openly about wanting to leave and applying to other jobs
