Overall, WWT is a great place to work. They have great benefits and the work/life balance is excellent. They do heavily encourage feedback and suggestions for improvement and for the most part, do a good job of listening to the feedback that is given.

Cons

Short lead times and constantly changing customer need by dates can be frustrating.

Company culture took a hit when they started hiring former AB employees for management positions. Slowing becoming the good ol’ boys network.
