Pros

They hold weekly meetings on Fridays that allow cross company updates. They provide generous paid time off, paid volunteer days and excellent benefits.

Cons

Management is toxic. They will band together to make you feel small and worthless. Forcing you to comply to grey area things like an improvement when you’ve ticked off too many superiors. This improvement plan is a way to get you out of the company. You are then subjected to a horribly hostile workplace environment where it feels like the goal is to get you unwillingly quit. Coworkers act as friends, but are actually bullies at the end of the day. There is no upward movement. You have to fight for a raise yearly to cause they give you cents as a raise. There is HEAVY disability discrimination and you are pushed out of the company by management when you cannot perform at the mental and physical level that they are looking for. If you’re anything less than a workaholic that’s “dedicated” to the job by working outside of scheduled hours and not getting paid for them. There is no work like balance.

Thank you for your feedback. At WWT, we strive to be a great place to work for ALL, and we are disheartened that this was not your experience. Discrimination of any kind is not acceptable, and we ask all employees to report such incidents to Human Resources. Thank you, and we wish you the best in your endeavors.

Pros

Great benefits and the option to work from home.

Cons

Company culture took a hit when they started hiring former AB employees for management positions. Slowing becoming the good ol’ boys network.
