Pros

-Good work life balance. You'll be expected to put in honest work and do a good job, but working late and on weekends wasn't common. -Average health benefits

Cons

-Pay isn't very competitive -Nepotism nepotism nepotism. Hiring decision are based on who you grew up with, not your qualifications. -There aren't great career advancement paths. It was easier to leave the company to advance my career. -Middle Management isn't well trained on employee development -Large internal push to get on Fortune and Glassdoor Best Places to Work. I don't feel that their rankings accurately reflect what it's like to work there.

Thanks for the feedback and I'm sorry you left. I may be biased but I think our health benefits are among the best that any employers offer. We do hire a large number of employee referrals but this only helps someone get hired, it doesn't keep them hired. Everyone must perform to be successful. We are very honored to receive acknowledgment on being a great place to work and we do celebrate this. It's our employees who make this possible. Thanks again and good luck.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
