Pros
There are high and lows. However, how we are treated as people and employee is not seen anywhere around St Louis.
Cons
Not all people in leadership roles are good examples for their teams. However, this seen my upper management and it may take time but this is usually corrected.
Loved the paid holiday , they also work with you if have alot going on outside of work like counseling , paid days off , understanding , overtime if you need it , dinners
Cons
only get paid $16.50 even though we are work so hard.
