Pros

Good benefits, remote work options

Cons

Below average salary, low job stability. Company is sales focused. Performers are second class citizens in the company and surprise layoffs are not uncommon.

Thank you. It’s nice to hear that our flexible work options and benefits are positives to working at WWT! We regularly evaluate the compensation for all our positions to make sure we are paying competitively for all roles and for all work performed. We value the contributions of each and every employee within the organization. Trust is a key part of our Core Values (THE PATH). One of the best ways to facilitate and grow trust is to provide transparency and clear communication around any business decisions that are made. Thanks again.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
