Pros

Like most large companies the benefits are good and the retirement plan is nice.

Cons

- Cult like atmosphere. I would go as far as to say it is a cult. Either drink the Kool Aid or pretend like you do. If they find out you are on to them you will end up being discussed in a room full of executives who have known each other for years thru HS, College, sports or are blood related. You won't win nor will you have a say in the matter no matter what you have seen, heard or been a direct victim of, you are simply a troublemaker who is voted off. Showing a mind of your own or questioning why they do things is a sure death. - Make sure you like to drink to excess, womanize and share crude comments about others. It's a way of life there and if you are professional with any resemblance of 'class' you won't last long, male or female. Note the senior staff is all white and male. Not that they don't promote a few of the 'manageable' gals now and then, getting in the executive suite if a minority or female is highly unlikely (ironic I know considering). I personally overheard many off color remarks made while there with my own ears. - If you are willing to work below your capabilities and be told your ambition is 'arrogant'. You will fit in here. There is no career path unless you are in the 'in' crowd. Everyone I have spoke to who has left since I left over a year ago has felt nothing but 'good riddance' and seen and observed some of the same reprehensible behavior I witnessed.....but hey, he likely went to high school with someone in power and one realizes they won't win and simply move on. It's created a massive brain drain at WWT. Most of the leaders would never come close to being in a leadership position anywhere else (it's nice to know people!). - I have witnessed senior leadership yelling at and/or humiliating someone simply because they didn't 'like' them. I have seen people not performing who were still a good 'cultural fit' (get the drift) not fired but simply moved somewhere else and brilliant people let go because they spoke their mind or got tired of some other ridiculous or reprehensible behavior and God forbid spoke out about it. Of course the ones committing such acts are still very much there and very much protected. IT's common knowledge within WWT (especially in the outlying regions) of who these folks are, however it's also known that speaking out about them costs you your job. - If you like to be reviewed by a manager who themselves have awful morals about how you can improve then this is your place. Trust is a big thing at WWT, however trusting the leadership after some of what I saw while there of their own personal standards is a joke. It's just one big party folks!!!! -

Pros

Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

Cons

Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
