      My boss is AWESOME! Give good guidance, clear direction, no bs.

      Cons

      The entire company is surrounded by St. Louis folks. Others fly in, but the core is SL. Its not really a bad thing, but living in a high tech area sometimes is hinder-some. Have to admit, they are really good.. I think its a really good company
