Pros
Great benefits, great people, and the leadership cares. This company has amazing growth opportunities and potential. I was told in my first interview "This company will provide you a staircase, it is up to you to choose how many steps you take at a time". Over 5 years in now and it is still a true statement. Your growth and potential in this company is almost entirely up to you.
Cons
Along with killer opportunity comes a lot of work to secure it. This is a fun place to work, but it is not easy. I personally don't believe that is a con, but something for some personalities to be aware of.
