Pros

Lots of work to be done. No shortage of areas to have an impact. Wonderful people to work with. Opportunities for growth abound!

Cons

Chaotic leadership - lots of changes and reversal of changes 2-3 years later - not necessarily good/bad, just lacks a sense of broader understanding of direction so that teams can be a part of driving overall success. A lot of organizational rearranging under the same leadership results in newly organized teams with the same challenges the old teams have. Many teams working incongruently to address challenges stemming from similar root causes without solutions being orchestrated across teams and orgs. Selling focused culture, with imbalanced focus on operational or people-development. Lack of meaningful job classifications results in title depreciation and underpaid staff leading to the attrition of amazing talent.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
