      Teamlunches en team events worden vaak gehouden

      Vuistregel dat personeel op 1 staat is een farce. De kernwaarden, die heilig worden verklaard, zijn alleen van toepassing mits het in t voordeel van de werkgever uitvalt. Er is een totaal gebrek aan realiteitsbesef. Werkdruk wordt hoger en er wordt steeds meer van personeel verwacht, maar beloningen stijgen niet. Processen worden van hogerhand uitgerold zonder hier operationele mensen bij te betrekken. Hokjesdenken is te veel aanwezig, en de samenwerking tussen afdelingen is ver te zoeken.

      Tools are very good to work with

      Cons

      They lie alot, promise alot of possible opportunities and in the end will off shore your role for a cheaper cost immediately. New rules about relocation, management is very good at saying what you want to hear and not follow up. Culture does not allow for any suggestions or feedback, if you do not get along with off shore team, you are not considered viable
