Excellent work life balance; balance being tilted toward life rather work. Good company for contractors as you get long term contract without any deliverable thats a dream come true. Many contractors are working for 3-8 years
Cons
Lazy culture, many teams are good to be called "School Girl Gossip Group". Good example of knowledge is like someone in finance team who gets confused with debit and credit enteries, and an architect is someone who is never worked anywhere else have a good laugh
