Pros

Decent Pay Excellent Benefits Excellent work-life balance

Cons

Leadership doesn't care about their employees. They'll always ask how we can implement new ideas to help streamline our process, but when we give them our ideas that are backed by our peers, leadership always has a response on why its wrong and why they are doing to do it their non-lean way. Also when deciding on who to make Lead/Supervisor, It doesn't matter if you apply and interview great, they already have people in mind who they're going to offer the job to. So much so that they no longer even post the positions and they'll just offer it to whomever they choose.

Leadership absolutely cares about our employees. To say such a general statement I think is unfair. Also, it's completely reasonable for all managers to have upcoming candidates in mind for promotion within their teams. This is a responsibility of any manager; to have individuals in mind to promote as they are preparing for the rapid growth of their teams. All candidates that apply are of course considered when there is an opening. All positions are posted with the exception of inline promotions. Thank you.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
