Pros

There's a lot of companies out there who have great slogans about who they aspire to be, but the same as with people, it's not until you hit a rough patch that you see what they really stand for. While these are unprecedented times and nobody knows what the world holds in stock for us in the future with this virus, I've been pleasantly surprised as WWT is holding true to it's core of being a great place to work for it's people, by providing excellent communication constantly on what's going on, and providing real support to the people who need it the most at the moment, the people on the floor who physically need to be there. I'd almost take it for granted if it wasn't for the stories i hear from friends and neighbors on how this situation is being handled at their companies. A big thank you to the executive team for staying true to the company's values, it makes me proud to work here!

Cons

While this is something that the company is aware of and working on, from a supply chain perspective the company currently lacks maturity, both from a knowledge & systems point of view.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
