Cons
In order to get promoted you have to be tenured or know/be part of a family. This company has grown too much to have this type of issue anymore. Salaries are on the low side and you will only get the average 2% - 4% raise, if that. Very rarely have I seen the company make it right and pay people immediately to get them to the position and/or industry average. WWT always brags about the benefits, but benefits only go so far for certain people. This is a sales driven company. Sales/Account Managers make all the money and large commission checks, while the people actually executing and ensuring the programs/accounts are successful and healthy see very little incentives or bonuses.
