Pros

Most workers are friendly, lots of catered lunches and events, 401k and health plan is good, profit sharing bonus, paid holidays and vacation starting the day your hired.

Cons

They tend to promote friends and family an that leaves little room for advancement which is bad for moral, forklift operators are classified as warehouse associates which means lower pay, low raises, and company core values are lacking in management.

Thanks. We do have a robust employee referral program. Our referrals come from friends, former coworkers, family, partners, etc. While this may helps someone get introduced to WWT, it certainly has no bearing on continued employment or even promotion. Good feedback nonetheless. As Jim mentioned earlier this month, we're partnering with a consulting firm on the review of our compensation practices for all jobs at WWT. The goal is more consistency and clarity. Thanks again and good luck.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
