Unprofessional Logistics Leadership - Operations Supervisor World Wide Technology Employee Review

Horrible Logistics Management. Above the supervisor level leaders lead with emotions and are very incompetent. VP and above should have more input and involvement on the way Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors lead their teams. These leaders only care about how you relate to them on a personal level and nothing about business competency. They are even unprofessional to the point to where they talk about one another negatively to their subordinates.
