The worst management ever. This place is so unorganised and badly structured. All the team leaders and managers are friends with each other and keep promoting their friends. None of the deserving people get appreciated or promoted. If you want to know about how the funding and budgeting works, you are not given a straight answer. It is supposer to be a not-for-profit organisation but all the higher official travel in charter planes and luxury cars on company money. I will never recommend anyone to work here ever.
