Pros

1. Low bar. Can get hired easily.

Cons

1. Too much Chinese dominated culture. Managers feel as if they own the employee and would often talk rudely or expect you to work harder. 2. Timelines and quantity are valued over quality. 3. Doesn't have a good product that will help it grow further. Company is slowly sinking. 4. Many people are being fired or leaving the company putting lot of work on remaining employees. 5. Tons of money being wasted on AI crap and other projects that barely sell. 6. No appraisal for existing employees this year.

Pros

- Sadly, pros mostly outweighed by cons - coworkers are nice people

Cons

This is not a place to grow a career. It is a place where people burn out, disengage, and leave quickly. Accountability is almost nonexistent, and employees are treated differently based on favoritism rather than performance, effort, or results (you can sell more in 1 month what another rep did in 2 quarters, and get PIP'd). Leadership starts and ends with the CEO, who's extremely pushy and ego drives decision-making more than data, feedback, or employee outcomes. There is little interest in employee development, success, or retention. Turnover is treated as normal instead of a serious red flag. Every month seems like a new collective of new hires, which says everything about morale and leadership effectiveness. The company consistently over-promises and under-delivers both to customers and internally to new hires. From day one there is blatant dishonesty, the role is not what’s sold during the interview process. Resources are limited, expectations are unrealistic, and support is minimal. Burnout is widespread and openly acknowledged by employees, yet never meaningfully addressed by management. Limited accounts and opportunities are distributed based on favoritism, making success impossible for many regardless of how hard they work. If you value your time, mental health, or long-term career trajectory, you are better off applying elsewhere. This company is on a path to continue losing talent and credibility.
