Pros
Workplace Options has given me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally-- I feel thankful to be a part of the work hard, play hard family! Through my handful of different roles and my time here, I've learned where I want to grow my career and WPO has given me every opportunity (and has encouraged me) to pursue that growth. I've also experienced SUCH kindness and support from the company (from executives and colleagues alike) when unexpected personal events occured. Yes, we run lean and mean BUT when you feel you need support or a bit of help, there is ALWAYS someone willing to support you. Excited to see what the next few years brings!

As I mentioned above, WPO runs lean and mean but support is always available and generally, there is open communication between managers and employees.
