EAP Counselor - Anonymous employee Workplace Options Employee Review

My company has partnered with WPO beginning December of 2016. I worked with a Individual in a supervisor capacity at WPO. She was horrible. Has no clinical skills. Has serious prejudice towards older clinicians. She has pushed me out of the job due to my age. She also is trying to push other clinicians out who are older; i.e. 55 plus. During one of the new hire training, my company hired 2 new clinicians the older one; 60 years old left after a couple of weeks of training with WPO. I don't think that was a coincidence.
