Pros
-Strongest people-first culture of any company I've ever worked for. -The leaders that I work for genuinely want my ideas and input and value my perspective. Genuine efforts to make sure there's a strong sense of inclusion within my team. -Lots of autonomy to take ownership of my career. I've heard that there are more clearly defined career paths/info that will be coming soon, but I've never found it hard to work management to put emphasis on how I can meet my career goals through special assignments, networking, other learning activities. I appreciate the flexibility and knowing that I can make my career what I want it to be. In a fast growing company like Workiva, there's always opportunity to grow, and I know that my career goals and my career path will change as Workiva grows as a company. -Executive management are approachable, real people. -My team has a lot of fun activities that we do to break up the day/week/month. Our virtual water cooler is strong and it's given me a good opportunity to build relationships with and learn from other people.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but the environment is fast paced and you have to be a self-starter and not afraid to ask questions and (very respectfully!) put yourself out there.
